Emma Kile Member of NCCAA National Championship Team

On November 13, the Clearwater Christian College women's volleyball team won its fifth consecutive national championship. This win marked the tenth national title in the last sixteen years. The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Division II champions defeated Ozark Christian College 25-14, 25-13, and 25-21 in the final match.

In addition to the championship title, several students were named with All-Tournament and All-American awards. The following local students were included in the national title:

Emma Kile from Bulter, PA was a member of the 2010 NCCAA National Championship team. Emma was also named 1st Team All-American, All-American Scholar Athlete, Co-Player of the Year, and the MVP of this year's national tournament. Emma is a 2008 graduate from Calvary Academy in Butler, PA and the daughter of Jared and Eileen Kile of Bulter, PA.
