Melissa Hurst of Saint Petersburg, FL, graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Pre-Med from Clearwater Christian College in Clearwater, Florida, during the spring commencement ceremonies held on May 4, 2013, at Starkey Road Baptist Church in Largo, FL.

A homeschool graduate, Melissa is the daughter of Richard and Anna Hurst of St Petersburg.
